Patrick Marsch has a degree in Business Marketing from California State University - Chico, and, with a dozen years’ experience as a business broker, and many millions of dollars in transacted sales, has earned his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation with the IBBA.  Before starting as a business broker in 2011, he was earning top sales and management awards in his previous positions with other much larger companies.  He has personally founded and purchased several different businesses and understands the business broker industry from, not only the perspective of a professional, but also as a buyer and a seller.  His background in real estate, advertising, sales, and business management/ownership give him the necessary tools to accurately “paint a picture” of your business to a buyer, and confidently sell it at maximum value.  Patrick is driven, intelligent, motivated by success, and with over a dozen years of business selling experience and over 100 businesses sold, you can be sure Patrick, and his team, are the absolute number one option for selling your business.

Julie Cameron earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in International Business, with a double minor in Communications and Spanish, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She then received a law degree from the University of San Diego. She has focused her legal career over the past 25 years in working on a wide variety of commercial real estate litigation and transactional matters, specifically lease and property acquisition. She also served as the Director of Property and Contracts Management with Garden Fresh Restaurants (the Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation franchises).

After recently moving to the Nashville area with her family, Julie is using her extensive background in and knowledge of business and real estate to expand her career in business brokerage. She is available to work with you to reach your goals, whether you are looking to buy or sell, in the states of Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky as well as the surrounding areas.

Jason Roberson is a distinguished business broker with an MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a degree in History from the same institution. His background in financial transactions includes work as an investment professional and IPO specialist in the financial industry, followed by leadership in Mergers & Acquisitions for a major corporation and subsequent consulting in the same field. Jason's comprehensive knowledge and experience in business valuations, coupled with his adept understanding of both buyer and seller perspectives, uniquely position him to effectively market and sell your business.


William Ryan Walker

William Ryan Walker, a Nashville native, graduated from Father Ryan High School before venturing to Miami where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Thomas University School of Law. Walker began his legal career specializing in insurance defense litigation before entering into medical practice management.

In 2011, Walker returned to Tennessee to open his own medical practice business in Brentwood, TN. Due to the rapid success of this venture, including the expansion to two locations, he sold it in 2014. Ever the entrepreneur, he founded a non-emergency medical transportation company which he quickly broadened to cover the entire state of Tennessee. Walker then made a strategic exit and sold that business to a private buyer in 2020.

After gaining invaluable knowledge from his experiences in the start-up and acquisition of multiple businesses, Walker realized he wanted to help others reach their goal of selling or purchasing their own companies. That ability to find the perfect match between buyer and seller intrigued Walker and he knew this was what he wanted to pursue and that he possessed the skills to make deals happen. He joined the Nashville Business Broker team, the very group that had helped him sell his transportation company. Always ready to find the next business opportunity, Walker couldn't be happier with his decision.

Ryan Walker is married to Nashvillian Sara Jo Houghland Walker and they have two children.

His journey has taken him from guiding startups and advising medium-sized businesses to achieve rapid and sustainable growth, to founding his own company and transforming it into a thriving business with 150 employees within its first three years. Along the way, he successfully navigated complex change management at the employee level, while also spearheading ownership-level negotiations during multiple mergers and acquisitions. During his professional career, Joseph mastered skill sets as an operational leader, entrepreneur, and business consultant with over a decade of experience building, managing, and growing businesses across a range of industries, including financial technology, marketing, supply chain, food and beverage, and agriculture.

After moving to Nashville with his family, Joseph is using his comprehensive knowledge of business design and scaling strategies to guide business sellers towards their best possible outcomes. A data-driven decision-maker, creative thinker, and skilled negotiator, Joseph is committed to helping business buyers and sellers to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. Darion Nunn

Darion Nunn, originally from Bakersfield, California, brings a diverse background in banking, business development, and real estate to the Nashville Business Brokers team. A former collegiate baseball pitcher at Bakersfield College and Wright State University, Nunn’s experiences on the field instilled discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking—qualities he carries into his professional career.

After earning his degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, Nunn returned to Bakersfield to begin his career in banking. His roles with institutions like Wells Fargo and Tri Counties Bank focused on client acquisition, financial analysis, and risk mitigation. These experiences allowed him to drive portfolio growth, develop tailored financial solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

After relocating to Nashville in 2023 to enhance his family’s quality of life, Nunn began his career in both Commercial Real Estate—specializing in hospitality—and Bakersfield Business Brokerage. Leveraging his expertise in deal structuring and market analysis, he helps clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling businesses while maximizing value for all parties involved.

When not assisting clients, Darion enjoys spending time with his wife, Savannah, and their two children in Franklin, Tennessee. A dedicated family man and accomplished professional, Nunn combines his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for building relationships to deliver exceptional results for his clients.

Eric has spent his entire career in the southeast, working in everything from smaller family-owned startups to large publicly traded companies and international accounting firms. His most recent public accounting role was leading a team in providing professional outsourced accounting services to companies without their own internal accounting personnel. This work gave Eric the opportunity to see firsthand where business owners were in need of trusted advisors who could partner with them when it came time to sell their business, so he decided to take his experience in being a trusted business advisor and apply the same work ethic, integrity, and financial savvy he practiced in public accounting to guide business owners through the journey of selling their business.
